* Per CPU licensing is calculated as follows: Multi-core CPUs are calculated as 0.75 of a CPU. Example 1: a 4-CPU system with dual core CPUs would require a license for (4*2*0.75) 6 CPUs.
Example 2: A 4-CPU system with single core CPUs would require a license for 4 CPUs. Where the sum of the cores results in a fraction of a processor (for example 11 cores results in 8.25), the fraction is rounded up to the nearest whole number (eg 9).
When running in a virtual server environment, you only require a license for the CPUs in use by that virtual server.
